The author undertakes to transfer to the Publishing House a number of 14 copies for books and 12 copies for CDs/DVDs for legal deposit at the National Library, for participation in book or educational fairs, for promotion and for other libraries;
- the volumes supported financially by UNARTE, by our partners or sponsors are made available for sale through book publishing partners (in galleries, museums, centers for contemporary art, foundations, bookshops);
- the books financially supported by the author are put into commercial circulation by the beneficiary;
- online publications can be accessed at the link provided by the authors, on their website, of the publisher or other project partner;
- the international distribution of UNARTE publications is made through direct collaborations with institutions, galleries, museums, universities, foreign cultural institutes in Bucharest (Goethe-Institut, British Council, French Institute, etc.), but also with guest professors, students, curators, Fulbright scholarship holders who submit these publications in the libraries of the institutions they represent.
