Pink biopigmentation in the refectory of Hurezi Monastery

The book presents the results of the interdisciplinary study on the change in the initial colour of the mural painting in the refectory of the Hurezi Monastery, as a result of the growth and multiplication of microorganisms that synthesize carotenoid pigments.
